Elizabeth Bearette Browning

Elizabeth is filled with lavender, echinacea and spearmint. Lavender, originally a Mediterranean shrub and one of the queens of herbs, relieves nervous tension, headaches and insomnia. Echinacea is a native perennial whose mature rootstock is considered the medicinal part of the plant, long used by Native Americans as an immune system tonic. Spearmint, a cousin to peppermint, is used for indigestion and nervousness.
