Monkeyshine

Monkeyshine is filled with lavender, lemon balm and mugwort. Lavender, originally a Mediterranean shrub, and one of the queens of herbs, relieves nervous tension, headaches and insomnia. Lemon balm with its pale yellow to rose to blue-white flowers is used for all sorts of nervous problems, melancholy and insomnia. Mugwort is used in Chinese medicine in moxas. It is thought by some to reveal dreams of the future.
