Puppy is filled with lavender, mugwort and chamomile. Lavender, originally a Mediterranean shrub and one of the queens of herbs, relieves nervous tension, headaches and insomnia. Mugwort grows wild in Europe, Asia and North and South America. In the bath mugwort is used with chamomile to relieve sore, aching muscles. Chamomile grows as a daisy-like flower with a fruity aroma. As a tea it relieves nervous tension. |
