Our dapper gentleman, William Penn Gwynn, can be found suited up in his black and white best. He's filled with a dashing blend of lavender, peppermint, and mugwort. Lavender, originally a Mediterranean shrub cultivated for its aromatic flowers is one of the queens of herbs. It relieves nervous tension, headaches and insomnia. Peppermint is a hybrid plant generally found under cultivation. This minty herb is used in our sleep pillows as a muscle relaxant. Mugwort grows wild in Europe, Asia and North and South America. In Chinese medicine, mugwort is used in moxas. Sleeping on mugwort is thought by some to reveal dreams of the future.
